Plenary Lectures
The allocated time for plenary lecture is 50 minutes and includes 10 minutes for discussion.
The auditorium is equipped with a PC, a PC Projector and a Laser Pointer. You must upload your presentation the day before (for morning sessions) or during the morning for afternoon sessions.
Oral Presentations
The allocated time for oral presentation is 20 minutes and includes 5 minutes for discussion.
The auditorium is equipped with a PC (with software for PowerPoint, OpenOffice and PDF presentations), a PC Projector and a Laser Pointer. You must upload your presentation the day before (for morning sessions) or during the morning for afternoon sessions. Authors preparing their presentations in OpenOffice are asked to prepare also a PDF version of their presentation (File->Export to PDF).
Poster Presentations
Each author is provided with one bulletin board measuring 90 cm wide x 130 cm high, on which to display a poster. Fixing material (adhesive tape) will be provided.
Authors are requested to display their poster on their allocated board in the morning of the day of their presentation. In order to present their work and answer questions, authors are requested to be present in the vicinity of their poster on the day of Poster Session. There will be no oral presentations during this time. The boards with posters will be standing in the conference room during all the conference, in order to make the discussions possible also after the Poster Session during the coffee breaks.
